Online Open House Day of the Master's Programme 'Applied Statistics with Network Analysis'
The Master's programme 'Applied Statistics with Network Analysis' and the International Laboratory for Applied Network Analysis of the Higher School of Economics invites you to the Open House Day. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, event will be held online.
This is a unique opportunity to meet with Valentina Kuskova, Head of the School of Applied Network Analysis. Guests will also have to opportunity to chat with laboratory staff, students, and graduates of the programme to learn about academic opportunities and more. You will be able to discuss many questions, such as:
- Why data analysis has become as important a skill as reading and writing
- What computational social science is
- What contemporary data analysis methods are
- Why networks are important
- How to analyse Big data
- How to assess efficiency with mathematical methods
- What's new in machine learning technology
