The ANR-Lab team registered the intellectual rights for the 'Program for multimodal network analysis of vacancies in the Russian labor market.'

As part of a joint project with the RosNavyk platform, laboratory members Daniil Kovalev, Irina Pavlova, and Daria Maltseva developed a program for automated collection, exploratory analysis, and multimodal network modeling of job posting data from the RosNavyk platform. The program identifies the structure of the labor market, assesses the demand for skills, specialties, and employers, and generates recommendations based on network connections.

The program analyzes the labor market, identifying hidden connections, current requirements, and regional characteristics. This development can be applied in HR analytics, career counseling, and educational program planning.
