On Monday, May 17, at 17:00, a scientific seminar of the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research will be held, where the Head of SML Research (Social Media Listening) at Aventica, Margarita Staf, will talk about the procedure for using social media analysis to obtain data on barriers and drivers that customers of various services may face.
