ANR-Lab Seminar “Modern graph databases on the example of Neo4j”
On Monday, April 18, at 20:00, a scientific seminar of the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research will be held, where Andrey Parinov, a junior research fellow at the International Laboratory for Intelligent Systems and Structural Analysis, will talk about the Neo4j ecosystem.
At the seminar, we will review the Neo4j ecosystem, including a graph DBMS, a visual analysis environment, and a set of algorithms for analyzing large and extra-large graphs. We will discuss the application of these tools to typical tasks of visual and descriptive analysis of graphs, including identifying communities, path-finding, and writing queries to search for specific nodes.
To participate in the seminar, you should download and install Neo4J Desktop 201.4.15 through the official website or mirror.
The language of the seminar is Russian. The seminar will be held online on the Zoom platform. Registered participants will receive an invitation letter to the video conference.
If you would like to participate in the seminar, please write to the research assistant of the laboratory Aryuna Kim (avkim@hse.ru, +7 (910) 416-72-82).
