ANR-Lab Seminar "Methods to Estimate Ethics of Intelligent Systems"

Event ended

Dear Colleagues! We invite you to a new session of the regular scientific seminar of the Laboratory for Applied Network Research. On February 26 at 15:00 (Moscow time) Anna Kartasheva, a Research Fellow at the Laboratory for Applied Network Research and a Senior Research Fellow at Poletayev Institute for Theoretical and Historical Studies in the Humanities (IGITI), will cover how it is possible to evaluate the ethics of intelligent systems - an issue that is especially relevant in the context of contemporary rampant AI advancement.

  1. Dive deep into data distortions and how they impact the ethical assessment of AI, all through the fascinating lens of intellectual property history.
  2. Get equipped with metrics to assess the ethical implications of AI in education, and explore how these systems are perceived by society as a whole.
  3. Through real-world dilemmas in education, we'll tackle the challenges of ethically evaluating AI and its potential impact on learners and academia.

Language of the Seminar: English.
