Dear Colleagues! We invite you to a new session of the regular scientific seminar of the Laboratory for Applied Network Research. On April 22 at 15:00 (Moscow time) Ilya Pomiguev, PhD in P.S., Associate Professor at the School of Politics and Governance (Faculty of Social Sciences, HSE), will talk about how institutional factors influence collaboration patterns among Russian MPs.



The main idea of the presentation is to use data on the authorship of bills to show the role of institutional factors that influence the co-authorship of deputies in bills. In particular, data on the membership of parliamentarians in factions and committees as factors of co-authorship in bills, as well as the effectiveness of committee or factional interaction on the adoption/non-adoption of laws.
