Meetup 'Local Meetings and Global Connections'

On November 9, from 11:00 to 15:00, a hybrid meetup will be held by the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research (ANR-Lab) and the Master's programme 'Data Analytics and Applied Statistics' (DASS). The event will bring together students and graduates of the Master's programme DASS (ex-MASNA), team and friends of the laboratory to discuss how the programme is doing and what opportunities for collaboration exist.

We will:

talk about the history of the formation and development of our Master's programme 'Data Analytics and Social Statistics' (Daria Maltseva, Head of ANR-Lab)
celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Social Informatics programme from the University of Ljubljana, which served as a prototype and made a significant contribution to the formation of our program (Anuška Ferligoj, Scientific Supervisor of ANR-Lab)
learn about the results of our benchmark study of the international education market to make sure that our programme is one of the most charming and attractive (Irina Pavlova, Deputy Head of ANR-Lab, and Anna Kartasheva, Research Fellow of ANR-Lab)
conduct a real and virtual network acquaintance-mapping for our students and team members (Ivan Klimov, Academic Director of DASS)
get acquainted with the university opportunities and social activities of HSE for students (Lika Kapustina, Research Assistant at ANR-Lab)
