Digital transformation of the NPO sector is not often the focus of domestic researchers. However, well-structured studies have a number of methodological features that do not allow for an accurate assessment of the prevalence of certain IT solutions and the depth of their use. In addition, a number of methodological solutions in the studies conducted make it problematic to use them to implement the monitoring approach for the problems of digital transformation of the NPO sector.
At the ANR-lab seminar, Ivan Klimov will talk about his own project on this topic. We will discuss the methodological results of the 2024 study, conducted in August-September 2024 in the interests of the Technologies of Good platform (Sovcombank, Skolkovo FinTech Hub). The data source is a series of 30 interviews with NPO experts and a non-anonymous survey of 232 NPOs. We will discuss the design of the Digital Solutions Prevalence Index, as well as experience in data collection. It is assumed that in the future it will be possible to develop not only a methodology for monitoring NPOs, but also the collection of "network data" that will allow using the capabilities of network analysis.
