Research in the field of human-computer interaction is aimed at developing the theoretical foundations of multi-agent technologies in intelligent systems. Not only people, but also algorithms and intelligent systems can interact, thereby forming unique social structures. Paradigms of human-machine interaction directly influence modern social practices. Frameworks and methodologies of the Human-Robot Interaction, Human-Computer Interaction directions in the modern world have a significant impact on how social connections are formed and maintained.

With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), there is a need for its ethical regulation, but at the same time, control must be flexible and guiding, not impeding development, because strict regulation can slow down the pace of innovation. The research, led by Anna Kartasheva and Daria Kryanina, is aimed at analyzing the features of ethical regulation. Text and network analysis methods are used to identify concepts and patterns of ethical regulation. Based on the identified concepts, development directions and value patterns in issues of ethics of Russian IT companies are identified, and it is planned to develop an ethics map in the field of use and development of AI technologies to illustrate the main approaches. The issue of researching ethics in IT companies involved in artificial intelligence is interdisciplinary, touching on such areas as psychology, philosophy, sociology and law. This study examines the philosophical foundations of Technology Assessment as society's ability to control developments.

Anna Kartasheva's research is devoted to the study of changes in the legal norms of the institution of intellectual property. For example, the institution of copyright has changed over the centuries: not only legal norms, but also the philosophical meaning of ideas about intellectual rights. To determine the main stages in the development of the concept of “author” and its legal registration within the framework of copyright, the onto-epistemological foundations of copyright were highlighted. Modern intellectual property law finds theoretical justification in the non-classical concept of communicative action, which is especially important in social reality, permeated by interactions not only between people, but also between people and intellectual systems.

Many companies have come to realize that analyzing and improving employee performance individually is no longer enough. Optimizing an individual's performance doesn't work. You need to work with teams, as much of the work is becoming more team-based. There are many models of group effectiveness: the GRPI-TPC matrix of Rubin, Plovnik and Fry, the Katzenbach and Smith model, the T7 model, the LaFasto and Larson model, the Hackman model, the Lencioni (five team dysfunctions) model, and the Google model. But at the same time, we cannot ignore the rich experience of Russian organizational culture, which has its own specific characteristics, which have been repeatedly emphasized by researchers in various fields. Practice shows that teams in Russia are built according to principles that do not fit into Western theories - but our own research on group effectiveness is not yet enough (of course, there are quite a lot of them - see, for example, the studies of A.V. Sidorenkov, I.I. Sidorenkova, N. Yu. Ulyanova, A. V. Brushlinsky, K. M. Gaidar, A. L. Zhuravlev, V. V. Znakov, N. A. Kotelevtsev, L. I. Umansky, etc.)
