Dissemination of ideas, beliefs and behavior

This project area is devoted to studying the distribution of ideas, beliefs and behavior of individuals in social networks.

Theoretical and methodological foundations of this direction are laid in the PhD dissertation of Stanislav Moiseev, where he investigates mass behavior. The study is devoted to historical and sociological analysis of theories of mass behavior, the development of modern conceptualization of mass behavior and the description of methodological possibilities for its study in a digital environment.

An empirical analysis of the dissemination of ideas, beliefs and behavior in the format of information waves and campaigns in the media and social networks was carried out in a number of projects by Tamara Shcheglova, carried out under the leadership of Galina Gradoselskaya.
