ANR-Lab team members spoke at the Continuing Education Forum 'People and Competencies of the New Age'
ANR-Lab researchers Daniil Kovalev and Daria Maltseva presented a paper at the expert session 'Continuing Professional Education Trendwatchers' as part of the continuing professional education forum 'People and Competencies in the New Era.' The event took place on November 20–21, 2025, at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

The forum served as a platform for dialogue between leading education experts, business representatives, and government officials. The discussion focused on key trends: human-centeredness, public policy in the field of continuing education, and the rapid impact of artificial intelligence on educational processes.
The expert session 'Trendwatchers of Continuing Education' focused on the data and research that underpin modern management decisions in education.
The session opened with a report titled 'Stereotypes about the Monetization of Hobbies, Barriers, and Motivation,' presented by experts from the research and consulting company IFORS. The report explored how Russians perceive the monetization of their hobbies, the psychological and social barriers that hinder them, and the role that continuing education can play in overcoming these barriers.
The next speakers were experts from the Russian Knowledge Society, who presented their study 'Teaching in the Age of AI: Challenges and New Ethics.' The presentation focused on educators' attitudes toward the implementation of artificial intelligence in the educational process.
The session concluded with a presentation by ANR-Lab team. In their paper, 'Career Path Design in the Russian Labor Market Using the RosNavyk Platform,' Daniil Kovalev and Daria Maltseva vividly demonstrated how network analysis methods can reveal hidden connections between skills, professions, employers, and regions. They demonstrated that visualizing this data as networks helps design educational programs that meet current labor market demands and build personalized career paths.
Participation in the forum allowed ANR-Lab team to discuss the potential of network analysis to solve practical problems in the design of career paths and continuing education programs.
