Should Russian companies invest in the development of children's education?

The MINDSMITH team found the answer to this question by conducting a study under the supervision of ANR-Lab research fellow Ivan Klimov, 'C&B Trends: Family Support in the Corporate Environment.'

Should Russian companies invest in the development of children's education?

On October 21, VK organized a closed presentation of the study with a discussion, which was attended by:

  • Andrey Sharonov (General Director of the National ESG Alliance)
  • Svetlana Grikhe (Director of Compensation and Benefits, Alfa Bank)
  • Mikhail Berestov (Director of Business Development, VK)
  • Alexey Chegodaev (All-Russian public organization 'Union of Fathers', author of the project #coolFather)
  • Natalya Vyalkina (Director of the Department of Internal Communications and Corporate Culture, Rostelecom)
  • Ruslan Yusufov (Managing Partner, MINDSMITH).

The conversation turned out to be intense: the study showed that only 5% of the surveyed employees talk about the existence of child and family benefits in their companies, and only 35% of respondents have a social package.
