Daria Maltseva at the 'Neighbors in Research' conference
Head of ANR-Lab Daria Maltseva took part in the scientific conference 'Neighbors in Research,' which took place on April 5 at the HSE University campus in Perm.
At the section 'Sociological discourse: modern approaches,' Daria presented a report 'Network analysis for the study of science: a comparative analysis of the bibliographic databases Web of Science and eLibrary as data sources.' The presentation is based on the results of an article that will soon appear in a special issue of the journal Sociology 4M dedicated to network analysis in the social sciences:
The conference 'Neighbors in Research' was held at the Higher School of Economics – Perm for the 11th time. The key idea of the conference is interdisciplinarity, and the main goal is to exchange experience in applying similar methods and methodology of scientific research in order to see how the same methods are applied in different fields of knowledge. One of these interdisciplinary areas is network analysis.
