Daria Maltseva took part in the 14th European Sociological Association Conference 2019 “Europe and Beyond: Boundaries, Barriers and Belonging”, which was held on August 20-23 in Manchester, UK.
The conferences of ESA are held once in two years, starting from 1992. The 2019 Conference offered Plenary, Semi-Plenary and Midday sessions, each with two invited speakers. 37 Research Networks and a number of Research Streams of the European Sociological Association offered over 700 sessions, with four paper presentations per session. At the conference, Daria presented the paper “Countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States: Striving Together or Falling Apart?” on the research, prepared jointly with Rustam Kamalov.
