A new book of scientific supervisors of ANR-Lab Anuška Ferligoj and Vladimir Batagelj, dedicated to new achievements in blockmodeling
In January 2020, Wiley published the book "Advances in Network Clustering and Blockmodeling", edited by the ANR-Lab leading foreign experts Anuška Ferligoj and Vladimir Batagelj, jointly with Patrick Doreian. The work contains an overview of developments and achievements in the field of network clustering and blockmodeling over the past 10 years.
Workshops, webinars and meetups on applied data analysis and network research: new meeting formats in ANR-Lab and MASNA
This fall, we are restarting our meetings in new formats: following organizational expansion, the time has come to expand the types of activities we offer that are open to the general public.
The Second Conference "Novosibirsk Scientific Readings in Memory of Academician T.I. Zaslavskaya" took place on October 10-12, 2019. Aruna Radnaeva, Labaratory's research assistant, made report at the conference and conducted masterclasses for the students of Novosibisk State University.
Section “Network Analysis” at the XXI April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development: Call for abstracts
International Laboratory for Applied Network Research is pleased to announce a special section on network analysis at the XXI April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, which will take place in Moscow, Russia, on April 6-10, 2020.
ANR-Lab members took part in the 4th European Conference on Social Networks (EUSN 2019), whichwas held on September 9-12 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Daria Maltseva took part in the 14th European Sociological Association Conference 2019, which was held on August 20-23 in Manchester, UK.
10th International Summer School “Analysis of Scientific Networks” and International Workshop on Scientific Networks
ANR-Lab, jointly with the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, has conducted the 10th International Summer School “Analysis of Scientific Networks” and the International Workshop on Scientific Networks.
Some of the Lab's members took part in the Third St. Petersburg Summer School on Network Analysis, which was held on July 8-13, 2019.
On May 18-19, 2019, the 9th NET-2019 International Network Analysis Conference was held at the Yandex office. Laboratory staff and students of the master program "Applied Statistics with Network Analysis Methods" participated in the conference.
At the XX April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, ANR-Lab organized its own section "Network Analysis".
