Alina Arslanova and Yulia Sedova, research assistants at the laboratory, took part in the XXVII International Conference of Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists "Lomonosov," which took place in a remote format from November 10 to 27.

Ilia Karpov received the Best Paper Award at the AIST 2020 conference
The paper “Detecting Automatically Managed Accounts in Online Social Networks: Graph Embedding Approach” by Ilia Karpov, Junior Research Fellow at ANR-Lab, and his colleague Ekaterina Glazkova won the Best Paper Award in the area of Social Networks Analysis in the collection of publications following the results of the 9th International Conference on Analysis of Images, Social Networks, and Texts, held online on October 15-16.

The academic achievements of Dmitry Zaytsev, Leading Research Fellow of the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research, were recognized in the HSE Science Foundation competition framework. This year ANR-Lab held two organized sessions at the 40th Sunbelt Conference, which took place on July 13-17. For the first time in its history, the conference was held online due to the coronavirus pandemic.
